How To Buy ePublisher
ePublisher is licensed per user and the price per user varies based on the number of users. A user is defined as any one to whom you permit or allow access to use the ePublisher software in any way.

Orders may be placed by mail or fax by using a purchase order (subject to credit approval). You may also order by phone with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).

Purchase Order Requirements:
All purchase orders must include the following:
- Purchase order number
- Terms stated per the guidelines below
- Complete bill-to address
- Complete description of product or service being ordered
- Price of product in U.S. dollars
- Purchasing agent's name and phone number
- End-user's name, telephone number and e-mail address

Software: Net 30 calendar days from date of invoice
Services: 50% due upon receipt of invoice and 50% at final deliverable
Cancellation Policy
No refunds are allowed once the License Agreement has been accepted and the license key is sent via e-mail.
Upgrade Policy
Each purchase of ePublisher is covered by a 30-day warranty as started in the License Agreement. During that 30-day period customers will automatically receive any new versions, point or patch releases of the software. Outside of the 30-day warranty, upgrades will only be provided to customers with a current Maintenance contract.
Payment Options
Quadralay Corporation accepts checks, money orders or wire transfers in U.S. dollars. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please provide the following information: type of credit card, card number, expiration date, name on credit card, and complete billing address.
