As part of our growing and continuing commitment to provide our customers with the best possible service, WebWorks.com is pleased to announce the creation of a brand-new Full-Service Maintenance Program for the ePublisher Platform.

The new Full-Service Maintenance Program will give participants an unprecedented level of support and access never before offered for any ePublisher products.

The Full Service Maintenance Program includes:

  • Four releases a year on a quarterly schedule - Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.
  • Full e-mail support for 12 months
  • Access 24x7 to WebWorks Help Center to log cases
  • Access 24x7 to WebWorks.com knowledge base
  • Issue resolution activity Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m. CT, excluding holidays
  • 24x7 issue resolution activity on Priority issues
  • E-mail projects For analysis
  • Reasonable efforts by WebWorks Support Team to respond within four (4) hours of receipt of customer's logging a case
  • Remote diagnostics via WebEx and/or phone as and when deemed necessary by the WebWorks Support Team
  • Invitation to participate in Beta release test programs
  • Invitation to participate in WebWorks customer focus forums
  • Discount on attendance at annual WebWorks Users Conference
