The new Full-Service Maintenance Program will give participants an unprecedented level of support and access never before offered for any ePublisher products.
The Full Service Maintenance Program includes:
- Four releases a year on a quarterly schedule - Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.
- Full e-mail support for 12 months
- Access 24x7 to WebWorks Help Center to log cases
- Access 24x7 to WebWorks.com knowledge base
- Issue resolution activity Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. 5 p.m. CT, excluding holidays
- 24x7 issue resolution activity on Priority issues
- E-mail projects For analysis
- Reasonable efforts by WebWorks Support Team to respond within four (4) hours of receipt of customer's logging a case
- Remote diagnostics via WebEx and/or phone as and when deemed necessary by the WebWorks Support Team
- Invitation to participate in Beta release test programs
- Invitation to participate in WebWorks customer focus forums
- Discount on attendance at annual WebWorks Users Conference
